Hau Kola Wastay! Dave & Linda, I just want to tell you what a great time we had on the WC Powwow Cruise in September 2006! Thank you as well for the opportunity to be MC for the concert with Arvel Bird & Eagle, and of course Murray Porter! Wow, what a concert!!! Thank you as well for the Honor of being Head Man Dancer. Special thanks to Arvel, Eagle, Murray and Cocoa & Gene from Southern Connection Drum. Gentlemen, it was an honor to work with you all! Thank you to Derrick & Lita (our Head Woman dancer), from G.O.N., it was a pleasure meeting you both.
Folks, if you've even considered going on a Powwow cruise, you won't be disappointed. This was our 5th time and it just keeps getting better. We have met so many native Friends and formed lasting friendships. We had 129 of us signed up in our group and I counted at least 25 plus, Tribal nations represented! We made new friends and saw many we already knew. It was awesome. You can NEVER have enough Native friends! Thanks to you all! Can't wait for next year! Don't forget your Regalia!!! |

I have been on the West Coast Cruise
I think it was in 1996 when I met Steve Reeves, Joanne S. Mary Youngblood, Tree Cody, Saganaw Grant and many wonderful people and have made a few friends too. I had the best time of my life and wish one day I will be able to go on another cruise again.
I am Tsalagiyi/Seseca and I always like to meet other Native Americans and learn about their traditions and beliefs. We are real , we have been around for centuries and we are here to stay.
May Creator keep all of you safe and may you always walk the Red Path.
