I have just recently started attending Pow Wows and my wife and I really enjoy them.We both have Native American ancestors and through the Pow Wows we have begun to feel a real connection to our heritage. I am sure we will be attending as many as we can. We always come away feeling as if we had met a cousin or an aunt or uncle but did not know it.I have been wonderig how many people there are like us who arent aware of the Pow Wows but would attend if they were.I am planning to find a way to reach some of them although Im not sure exactly how to go about it.I am an artist and have begun to paint exclusivly Native American themes and my wife has been taking art lessons from a man named Vision Bear for Quit a while . Well I guess that is enough for now but I hope to be selling my art at Pow Wows in the very near future as well as contacting others with Native American roots and making them aware of what they are missing out on.
