Born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Darren Geffre started writing music and lyrics when he was 12 years old. Since then, he has pushed his pop/rock music all over the globe. Darren's music has captured fans of all ages. Darren has been playing and singing in bands since the age of 16 with previous groups such as Black Diamond, Crimson and "Nammy" Nominated group "Wakinyan". His stage presence is distinguished by his vibrant energy. Darren's original music was nominated for a 2001 Native American Music Award for the single "If I Ever", in the category of Best Independent Recording.
